Hurrah!

Finally some nice weather! Cold with snowflakes slowly falling but wonderfully sunny at the same time. Never thought sunshine would coincide with a skills session!

Anyway, here is Will attacking a nice little drop-off on the way down the hillside. An experienced road cyclist, he was keen to get more mountain biking experience despite living in the very flat area of Hertfordshire!

Mud!

Well, unfortunately no new photos. The persistent heavy rains on the skills days have been a challenge to say the least (even considering buying an underwater camera!) I'm impressed by people's positive attitude despite the horizontal rain, deep sticky mud and flooded paths. Maybe the great attitude comes from being mountain bikers! Mud is as we know a year round phenomenon nowadays! So authentic conditions to learn in to cope with real riding is definitely on offer here! Just don't expect to be clean at the end of the day!
